Debbie Allen has packed a lot of experience into her 42 years as a death care professional. After graduating from the Mortuary Science College at Cypress, she completed her apprenticeship at Rose Hills, worked as an autopsy technician and embalmer for the San Bernardino County Coroner, co-owned combo locations in the high desert, served as general manager of a combo location in Oceanside, and came back around to Rose Hills as their Director of At-Need Operations. She is now bringing all her expertise to funeral homes, cemeteries, and crematories with her own business: DA Consulting.

With a wealth of experience in many different roles, Debbie found an opportunity to serve our industry as a consultant. DA Consulting provides assistance with legal compliance, arranger training, audit preparation, creating business plans, and many other aspects of maintaining a successful firm.
