CFDA Political Action Committee (PAC)

The California Funeral Directors Association Political Action Committee (CFDA PAC) exists to protect and advance funeral service in California.

Laws and regulations directly impact how funeral professionals operate and how families are served. The CFDA PAC ensures our profession is represented in the legislative process — not left on the sidelines.

Why the CFDA PAC Matters

Through the CFDA PAC, funeral directors come together to support policymakers who understand the importance, responsibility, and complexity of funeral service.

By pooling contributions, we are able to:

  • Advocate for policies that protect our profession

  • Oppose harmful or unnecessary regulations

  • Build meaningful relationships with elected officials

  • Maintain a consistent and respected presence at the Capitol

Together, our collective voice carries far more influence than any one individual alone.

Responsible, Transparent Advocacy

The CFDA PAC operates under strict state laws and reporting requirements. All contributions are used ethically, responsibly, and in full compliance with campaign finance regulations — ensuring transparency and accountability in everything we do.

Your Support Makes an Impact

Supporting the CFDA PAC is an investment in:

  • The future of funeral service in California

  • Long-term advocacy and professional protection

  • Ensuring funeral directors are heard when decisions are made

When our profession shows up politically, decision-makers listen.
