Board Member Spotlight: Paul Holland

Wishing a very Happy Birthday to CFDA Board Member, Paul Holland!

Paul is the Family Service Manager for Catholic Funeral and Cemetery Services of the Diocese of Oakland. Paul’s passion for funeral service began when his father, who was a location manager at one of the Diocesan cemeteries, suggested that he interview to be a funeral assistant. He enjoyed this new position, and it has since turned into a dedicated career - 14 years and counting. Paul has always appreciated being able to serve others in meaningful ways and finds that funeral service provides that opportunity every day. As a new member of the CFDA Board of Directors, he is now an active part of the professional development and support of fellow funeral professionals, and all that CFDA has to offer them. When not dedicating time to client families and funeral work, Paul spends his time with his wife and daughters, and enjoys reading, playing video games, and going hiking. We hope you get to enjoy all those things on your birthday, Paul!
