We encourage exhibitors to have an interactive element or decorate their booths. This will draw more attendees to your exhibit table.
What is included in the exhibitor’s fee?

Pipe and Drape booth, 8’ in the back and 3’ on each side. Each exhibit space will include 2 chairs, one 6-foot draped table, one waste basket, and a company name placard.

Two (2) complimentary convention badges.

Attendee list - 10 days prior to convention.
-
100-word company description and website link listed in event app.
-
Post convention attendee list for reference / follow-up.

Two tickets to Sunday night’s trivia event.
Exhibitor Display Rules

Exhibitors will be provided with two (2) company representative badges and a draped table.

Pop-up displays are allowed and must be contained within your contracted booth space.
