Member Dues

Dues Schedule
All dues and fees are set forth by the Board of Directors of the CFDA.

Application Fee
The one time new-member charge is $75.00.

Regular Member Dues
Annual dues are based on death certificates filed by each firm the previous calendar year.
Base fee: $250.00
Add: $1.05/case

Special Member Dues
Non funeral firms serving the funeral industry may join CFDA as a Special Member. Dues are based on the preceding year's gross annual sales as follows:

Annual Sales $500,000 & Under $500,000 to $1,000,000 $1,000,000 & over

Annual Dues $200 $325 $450

Associate Member Dues
Membership dues are set annually for funeral establishments in another state or foreign country.  Those dues are $125.00.
