CFDA offers all of its members assistance
with compliance questions. The CFDA staff is available Monday through
Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm to answer compliance questions and
help members understand current laws and policies. Please
call (800) 255-2332 to reach the CFDA compliance staff.
CFDA also offers the Compliance Resource
Manual (CRM), a complete and informative guide to laws governing
the funeral industry. This manual also has a practice test for those
preparing to take the funeral director's exam and narratives
to help make understanding of some laws easier. The CRM
was recently combined with the Law Review Seminar Handbook
to provide a more efficient and easy to use guide to understanding
the funeral industry.

and additional copies are available to members for $65.00
and non-members for $90.00. Please call CFDA to order
CRMs.
