Finance Committee

The Committee will have the responsibility of preparing CFDA's annual operating budget; supervising a certified annual audit for the Board of Directors' review within 90 days of the close of the fiscal year, ensuring the preparation and review of quarterly financial statements; and developing and recommending financial plans that assure CFDA's (a) economic capability to implement this Strategic Plan and (b) ongoing and future economic viability.
